Salary: £13.05 – £16.31  – depending on hours/days of the week worked – AM Shift

Salary: £14.70 – £17.96 – depending on hours/days of the week worked – PM Shift

Weekend:

Salary: £14.05 Basic Hours, £17.31 Overtime Hours – AM Shift

Salary: £15.70 Basic Hours, £18.96 Overtime Hours – PM Shift

Start: September 2026

Position Type: Temporary

Work Location: – NN4, Northampton

Shift: AM(06.00-14.00 )/PM(14.00 – 22.00) any 5 of 7.

We are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives on both AM and PM shifts to join our team in a warehouse in Northampton (NN4) with immediate start.

You’ll join the existing teams working in various departments with full training being provided.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation depending on the department: pick, pack and scan stock accurately into locations/ process & QC returns/ load & unload vehicles and other warehouse activities.
• Carry out manual handling tasks safely
• Follow training and processes to meet quality standards
• Work to daily and weekly performance targets
• Support the wider warehouse team when required
• Adapt during peak periods, including being trained to assist in a different department
• Carrying out stock movement and general warehouse duties.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.

Skills, Experience & Abilities Required:

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be reliable and committed to ongoing work
• Be willing to learn and complete training
• Be able to work any 5 days out of 7 as per the rota
• Be comfortable with manual handling
