Salary: £12.80 – £16.00 – AM Shift

Salary: £12.80 – £16.00  plus 50 pence shift allowance – PM Shift

Start: August 2026

Position Type: Temporary

Work Location: – NN3, Northampton

Shift: AM(06.00-14.00 )/PM(14.00 – 22.00) any 5 of 7.

We are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives on both AM and PM shifts to join our team in a warehouse in Northampton (NN3) with immediate start.

The right candidates, will have the opportunity to work in a safe environment and have access to diverse career paths within a 3PL leader in its sector.

You’ll join the existing teams working in various departments with full training being provided.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation depending on the department: pick, pack and scan stock accurately into locations/ process & QC returns/ load & unload vehicles and other warehouse activities.
• Carry out manual handling tasks safely
• Follow training and processes to meet quality standards
• Work to daily and weekly performance targets
• Support the wider warehouse team when required
• Adapt during peak periods, including being trained to assist in a different department
• Carrying out stock movement and general warehouse duties.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.

Skills, Experience & Abilities Required:

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be reliable and committed to ongoing work
• Be willing to learn.
• Be able to work any 5 days out of 7 as per the rota
• Be comfortable with manual handling
